The Argentinian Meat Lasagna (Lasaña de carne argentina)

The lasagna with meat is one of the most frequently baked lasagnas, and here is an argentinian take on this classic dish. As we have seen, in South America there are many recipes for pasta, and the lasagna is definitely a favourite...
a lasagna with meat

* 1 lb. lasagna sheets, boiled
* 1 onion
* 1 tablespoon paprika
* 1/2 cup pitted olives
* 1/2 lb. of ground beef
* 1/2 lb. of minced pork
* Enough grated parmesan
* 1 hard boiled egg
* 1 tomato
* 1 egg yolk and 1 egg
* Salt and pepper
* Chopped parsley
* 1/4 lb. sliced ham
* 1/2 lb. Gouda cheese
* Tomato sauce with sausage and dried mushrooms

1) First, we make the meat sauce: Fry the finely chopped onion until it becomes transparent, then add a minced clove of garlic. Increase the heat and add all the ground meat, saute and remove.

2) Put the tomato in boiling water for 20 seconds, peel then dice coarsely then add to the meat, the slicedhard boiled egg, the chopped olives and the tablespoon paprika.

3) Add a slice of bread crumbs, previously soaked in milk and drained. Add the beaten eggs with 3 tablespoons grated cheese and chopped parsley. Season and mix well all ingredients.

4) Putting the lasagna together: In a baking dish greased with olive oil first put one layer of lasagna pasta down, cover with sliced ham then a layer of gouda cheese.

5) Place another layer and cover lasagna with the meat we did earlier. Cover with a layer of lasagne pasta and repeat these steps until you spend all ingredients.

6) Cover with tomato sauce, then sprinkle with plenty of grated parmesan cheese. Put in the preheated and bake oven until the cheese topping has browned.
